When we first set out to find a house, a number of people laughed at us for expecting to find something we were satisfied with in the space of 6 months. Not only did we find something within 3 months, but it’s our ideal home. Andrea took the time to get to know *us* – our likes and dislikes, what kind of ambience we liked in a neighborhood, and our budgetary restrictions, and went above and beyond what we’d expected from a real estate agent. She is a true pleasure to work with and knew exactly how to put the client’s needs first, while helping walk us through the process efficiently. She never shied away from answering our myriad questions, didn’t try to force us into anything, and always had great resources for us to use. We highly recommend her for any property sales or purchases – the seller even grabbed her card to keep on hand for her future property needs. A great experience, and we wish everyone we worked with was such a joy.  

Andrea is the best! She is patient, level-headed and totally on top of everything you’re worried about and everything you’re not worried about. She knows the market inside out and has great taste. She even helped me stage my condo. Many people asked what staging company I used–little did they know it was just me and my realtor! The condo went for over asking in under a week. Then when it was time to buy, she negotiated a killer deal for me. She also has an awesome network of reliable, reasonably priced people that she works with on her properties. From the handyman to the house inspector, I got a great deal and great work all around! Buying and selling can be one of the scariest things you’ll ever do but Andrea made it fun and easy the whole way through.
